§ 34-200. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Privilege means the authority to place an obstruction or excavation beyond a lot line or within a highway in the village other than by general ordinance affecting the whole public.
