§ 2-64. Oaths of office.

(a)

Requirement. Within five days after the election or appointment of any village officers, the village clerk-treasurer shall notify the person so selected thereof unless he voted at the election. Every person elected or appointed to the office of village president or village clerk-treasurer shall within five days after election or notice thereof, when required, take and file the official oath.

(b)

Form, procedure. The form, filing and general procedure for the taking of oaths shall be governed by Wis. Stats. § 19.01 et seq.
