§ 28-4. Use of power boats on Crystal Lake.

(a)

Statement of policy. It is determined by the board that Crystal Lake consists of 31 acres and has a maximum depth of eight feet and that said lake is used for public swimming and outboard boats with a no wake speed required for protection of public health, safety and welfare.

(b)

Prohibition. Outboard boats are allowed with no wake restrictions on Crystal Lake.
