§ 26-93. Violation; penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall forfeit not less than $25.00 nor more than $250.00 plus court costs. First offense will be $25.00 plus court costs for a juvenile, or $50.00 plus court costs for an adult. Also, any parent or guardian of any child who authorizes or knowingly permits such child to violate any of the provisions of this article may be subject to the provisions of Wis. Stats. §§ 346.77 and 346.82(1).
