§ 22-79. Monthly parking permit fees.

In addition to the license fee in section 22-78, the licensee, or the owner, or the occupant of every mobile home shall pay and be jointly and severally liable for the payment of a monthly parking permit fee to the village. Such monthly parking permit fees shall be collected by the licensee, who is primarily liable for the payment thereof. The determination of the amount of such fee, and the disposition of such fee shall be in accordance with Wis. Stats. § 66.058(3) and (8).
