§ 1-18. Schedule of cash deposits for citations.

(a)

The cash deposits for the various ordinances and Code provisions for which a citation may be issued shall be the forfeiture for violation of that ordinance or section of this Code.

(b)

In addition to the amount of the forfeiture, the cash deposit must include penalty assessments and other mandatory costs imposed under state law.
