§ 18-19. Statement of policy.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the village to assure equal opportunity to all persons to live in decent housing facilities regardless of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual preference orientation, handicap disability, marital status of person maintaining a household, family status, lawful source of income, place of birth or age or ancestry and, to that end, to prohibit discrimination in housing by any persons.
