§ 16-118. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Outdoor solid fuel-fired heating device means and includes an accessory structure or appliance designed for a location ordinarily outside the principal structure and used to transfer or provide heat via liquid or other means, by burning wood or other solid fuels, for heating any principal or accessory structure or swimming pool on the premises. The term "outdoor solid fuel-fired heating device" does not include recreational fire, barbecues, fryers or chimneys.
