§ 16-87. Penalties.

(a)

A person who violates a court order enjoining the violation of this article shall be fined not more than $10,000.00 or imprisoned not more than nine months or both.

(b)

A person who violates this article shall forfeit not more than $1,000.00.

(c)

A parent or legal guardian of a minor who consents to the use of fireworks by the minor shall forfeit not more than $1,000.00.
