§ 12-256. Report of sale or disposal.

(a)

Within five days after the sale or disposal of a vehicle as provided in this article, the village shall advise the state department of transportation of the sale or disposition on a form supplied by the department.

(b)

A copy of the form shall be given to the purchaser of the vehicle.
